Vincent developed his search for excellence by serving honorably in the United States Army, after completing his military commitment, he continued to develop his security skill set in the hospitality industry while being employed as part of the opening teams of the Hotel Nikko Atlanta, and Occidental Grand Hotel (now the Four Seasons Atlanta). Vincent also was selected and served on the 1996 Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) Headquarters as Assistant to the Special Investigator and Physical Security Manager. This appointment was instrumental in the planning and development of key security strategies, implementation and execution of physical and executive protection security teams.

VINCENT J. LATIGUE, CLSD
After serving and completing his Olympic assignment, Vincent continued his hospitality career by opening and developing operational security teams as a Senior Director of Security for the iconic Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans and Ritz-Carlton South Beach hotels. After being recruited by the InterContinental Hotel Group, Vincent developed award winning safety programs, security teams resulting in promotion to Area Director, Safety & Security Northern California and the Southeast responsible for multiple hotel properties in each portfolio.
While in Northern California, Vincent was appointed to and served as the “Chief Security Advisor” to the California Hotel Lodging Association, San Francisco Security Director’s Alliance from 2014-2015. Board Member on the Yerba Buena Community Business District from 2013-2015 and was very instrumental in policy development for the Public Safety Group.

His awards include receiving the prestigious “Director of the Year Award” in 2014 from the United States Secret Service for Key Support by members of the Private Security Industry.

Through collaboration, effective liaising, he has leveraged all for guest, colleague safety & security while protecting “The Experience”.
Vincent holds a “CLSD” certification through the American Hotel & Lodging Association, American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor, TIPS Instructor, Board Certified, Licensed Investigator, Security Instructor.

Community involvement: Vincent served as a “Coach and Mentor” part of the Bayview YMCA’s “Primed and Prepped” program serving disadvantaged youth, preparing the participants for entry into the hospitality job market. Vincent remains very active in local business and civic communities.
​
Vincent also serves as a keynote speaker and trainer with the CHLA (California Hotel Lodging Association) and recently conducted a "De-Escalation" training session during the S.A.F.E. Conference.
